Recently executed upgrades and retrofits:

Sterideal re-located from Germany to Chile with an upgraded control system

Sterideal upgrades are a world wide success. We developed some very effective upgrade kits for the Sterideal. An example is the “S5 -> S7 Upgrade kit”, which not only replaces the Siemens S5 control system (the brains) with S7, but also replaces the product supply unit (the heart) with a new one.

Rotary Filler Retrofit in Greece

As we all know innovation regarding electronic parts is moving fast. For rotary fillers we have new control systems upgrade packages available in particular for the weight control system of “Penko” and the control system of “Siemens” in general.

In Container Sterilizer Retrofit in Spain

A big retrofit is being executed. Moving a Sterilizer from Barcelona to Valencia. With this project we did not only move the machine but replaced the first tower and replaced or revised a lot of other parts elsewhere in the machine. The customer can rely on this machine for many years to come, once this job is finished.

Blow moulder retrofit in Australia

Last year there we did a successful retrofit/service job to pair of well-used bottle blowmoulding systems “down-under” The work involved the upgrade of the HMI (Human-Machine-Interface), the PC and the general overhaul of the blow moulders after same 8 years of very intensive use.
