Filling of pasteurized productsThe line is capable of handling glass bottles, as well as high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and polycarbonate (PC) bottles. In the majority of applications, plastic bottles are employed. They can be manufactured on-site with Stork blow-moulding equipment, or purchased from a bottle supplier.

For the pasteurisation of the product a simple plate heat exchanger can be used or, when higher demands are made, the Stork Sterideal. For the filling process Stork offers a variety of rotary fillers. The fillers can be combined with a bottle rinser on the input side and a capper for applying foil caps and/or screw caps at the rear of the machine. These units are integrated with the filler into a single monobloc unit.
