Careful analyses of the long term performance of the existing fillers have lead to an improvement programme for the new fillers with special emphasis on further increases in efficiency and reduction of product loss on change-over and on increased hygiene in the machine. This has lead to a new generation of Ultraclean filling machines

The new generation provides an even greater degree of hygiene, giving even longer shelf life to your product, and where necessary increased capacity per production line.
The new design also includes a number of improvements reflecting changing opinions in production technique and all kinds of practical improvements

A good example of this is “dry floor operation” towards which more and more firms are working. This means that the floor beneath the machinery remains completely dry at all times – during production as well as during cleaning. To this end Stork has fitted hermetically sealed doors to the new UltraClean, so that even during cleaning no moisture can escape to the outside. In addition, the waste water is monitored for collection and centrally disposed of.

Another important improvement concerns the air system. As the industry increasingly aims at greater filling speeds and sometimes also uses larger bottles or jugs, considerable air turbulence is caused in the filling area. In order to prevent the entry of outside air even in these circumstances, the amount of air introduced into the filling area through the Hepafilters has been increased. This stronger flow of sterile air combined with the redesigned door prevents the product from coming into contact with untreated outside air during filling.
