New location Stork Food & Dairy Systems |

As of 1st January 2009 Stork Food & Dairy Systems moved all their activities to a new location in Amsterdam. Over 150 Stork employees work at this location on the production of new linear fillers, rotary fillers and inflow sterilisation systems. The new office facilities create more synergy and efficiency in the total organisation which will help to optimize the production workflow for new and refurbished production equipment. We look forward to welcome you at our new location in the near future. |

Asep-Tec - down to 2% oxygen residual level in filled bottles |
The Stork Asep-Tec filler is designed to fill, under aseptic conditions, fruit juices and dairy products. For many of these products the shelf life is not only limited to microbiological activity but also to chemical deterioration such as oxidation. For these products the shelf life can be increased by reducing the oxygen level in the filled and sealed bottle. |

Stork Inflow Processing Systems: part load capacity 25-100% |

The Sterideal and Sterijuice Sterilizers for dairy (ESL/UHT), juice and food products can be equipped with an extra module which improves flexibility. Capacity of the processing equipment can be regulated between 25-100% while securing optimal product quality at all time. The module will create more flexibility and will increase efficiency of the complete production line including connected filling machines and aseptic tanks. |

Stork Service Concepts: improve line efficiency |

One of the most important objectives of Stork Service Department is to realise the best possible efficiency of the customer’s production line. In cooperation with the customer’s maintenance department a dedicated plan is created in order to maximize production time at the lowest possible cost. Remote Diagnostics is a tool where Stork specialist can evaluate the operation of customer's production line in Amsterdam.
Advantages of the system are: • Reduction of rejects while filling bottles creating improved line efficiency OEE. • Planning of preventive maintenance in stead of waiting for corrective maintenance. • Direct support from Stork specialist in case of alarm. The system is incorporated at HERO in Holland and has proven to increase the performance of their filling line. |

New module for Asep-TecŪ - Aseptic screw cap unit |

The standard aluminium cap seal unit of the Asep-Tec can be replaced by a screw cap unit. This unit includes a cap sterilization station. |
