Our newest and truly groundbreaking innovation is the new Asep-Tec aseptic filler. Besides the design concept, this machine has several other crucial characteristics such as for instance a patented airflow system (downforce) and a unique seal sterilization system Stork has paid great attention to flexibility. For instance, switching to another bottle size can be done without having to sterilise the internal section of the machine. As a special neck transport system is utilised, the size or shape of the bottles is irrelevant and changeover to another product can be accomplished without in-process sterilisation of the filling area. The entire product area, including the filling valves, can be washed out and flushed without loss of sterility.
