Answer: Yes it is! The Asep-Tec is suitable for filling both open and closed bottles and it also offers a nitrogen injection facility. In brief, the machine can handle virtually every conceivable product, including products containing pulp or solid particles. The Asep-Tec is constructed on modular principles and with its many options can fulfil a wide range of individual clients requirements. Continuous product development is one of the pillars on which the success of the Asep-Tec is built. Recently, several new modules have become available, which extend possibilities even further. The design has recently been broadened with a model that increases capacity to 24.000 bottles an hour. There is now also a type specially equipped to process 2 litre “jugs” for milk products with an extra long shelf life (ESL++) with a capacity of circa 10.000 per hour. |
